The first five years build the foundation.

We respect children as individuals. The first five years are a time of real growth, and that growth becomes the foundation for what comes next. Our dedicated teachers follow and teach to the standards of the Creative Curriculum, which covers four areas of development: social and emotional, physical, cognitive, and language. We started as a small family-owned business in the 90s and grew into a part of the community.

In the rooms, that means hands-on learning and investigation in art, music, math, science, reading, and writing. Teachers watch what a child is working on and meet the individual needs of each one. Children try things, make messes, and come home with crafts and artwork. We treat our employees and the families we serve like family.

We are licensed by the Department of Public Welfare, Office of Child Development. At a minimum, every staff member has a criminal background check, a child abuse history check, FBI clearance, a physician's health assessment, fire safety training, and CPR and first aid training. Staff also meet Pennsylvania licensing requirements in education and experience, with at least 9 hours of training in early childhood education each year.
